Cory Ross

Cory is a retired Marine Corps Officer with multiple combat tours to Afghanistan and other areas around the world, where he has been awarded for his actions in combat. He served 12 years as an Infantry Marine before graduating from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University at the top of his class. Cory was commissioned as a Marine Officer and deployed with Special Operations Forces to Afghanistan to lead and advise Local Police Chiefs, District Governors, and Tribal Leaders on bringing stability to the region. After retiring, Cory served as the president of a leadership development and team building company, leading as a consultant for the Dallas Cowboys, LA Kings, Division I college athletic teams, and corporate executives. He is the Co-Founder of Warrior Mindset and lives in Tennessee with his wife and five children. 

Neil Bailey

Neil served nine years in the Marine Corps as an infantryman, with two combat tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. He served as a breacher, infantry squad leader, sniper team leader, and a Warfighting and Leadership Instructor. Following his military service, Neil worked as a private security contractor on a combat intelligence team in Afghanistan. He has a bachelor's degree in Strategic Security and Protection Management. Neil has worked as a strategic security consultant, a weapons and tactics instructor for law enforcement and the private sector, a jiu-jitsu instructor, and a youth leadership mentor for Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Kentucky. Neil is the Co-Founder of Warrior Mindset and lives in Kentucky with his wife and four children.

Kevin Armentrout

Kevin served nine years in the Marine Corps as an infantryman, close-quarters battle team leader, assault breacher, and martial arts instructor. Kevin has been on multiple combat deployments and received numerous awards for valor, including the Bronze Star medal. Following service, he worked as an instructor for the Marine Corps in foreign weapons, tactics, and small unit leadership. Kevin has worked as a health and wellness professional, personal development coach, and business strategist. He has written a book on mental toughness, developed courses in personal growth, and traveled the world speaking for Tony Robbins on leadership and mental performance. Kevin and his wife live in the Ozarks with their two children. 

Jamey Slife

Jamey is a proud husband of 30 years and father of two boys. He is a retired Marine with 23 years of service, including 22 years in Special Operations, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. He is a Ranger School graduate, Marine Scout Sniper, Reconnaissance Marine, and communications expert, having held positions in JSOC, MARSOC, and Naval Special Warfare. A recipient of the Bronze Star, completing five combat tours in his seven deployments overseas. Jamey is a well-known leadership instructor within college athletics and has helped countless organizations develop elite leadership and communication skills.

William Holland

Born in Brooklyn, East New York, Will was a standout high school athlete, earning multiple accolades, including Rookie of the Year, MVP, and Queens All-Star. Excelling both on the field and in academics, he would be selected as scout player of the year, securing a scholarship to Long Island University as a student-athlete. Driven by a greater purpose, Will would enlist in the U.S. Army at 17, dedicating 15 years of service across Civil Affairs, Psychological Operations, and Petroleum Supply, culminating his career as a Drill Instructor. Following service, Will became a full-time firefighter in Charlotte, NC. Beyond his commitment to serving others, this combat veteran, firefighter, executive chef of Frontline Kitchen, and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu continues to embody discipline, leadership, and resilience.

Danielle Armentrout

Danielle is a proud mother of two girls, a wife, and an entrepreneur. Before co-founding Triad Leaders, she was a leading sales manager in the construction industry for nearly a decade while simultaneously spearheading all marketing and creative development. Danielle holds a bachelor's degree in Global Business Management and Entrepreneurship and is Lean Six Sigma certified. She is pursuing a PhD in natural medicine and is passionate about holistic practices. She has an extensive background in health and fitness, is a former IFBB Professional Athlete, and has been featured in Oxygen Magazine. Danielle lives in The Ozarks with her husband and children.
